How to increase Sprint and Stamina

Have you ever noticed why these football legends run so fast? They uses special techniques and triangle daily with these special techniques which I will teach you in this post. First of all what is the use of sprint and stamina in football. Football is all about control and sprint. The team with more stamina will easily win. They will start tiring their opponents and score a goal. So below are some of the specials tactics to increase your sprint and stamina.
How to Increase Stamina and Sprint :
1. Go for a walk daily and do stretching in the morning time before school.
2. Don't eat plenty of water before the start of match. At least you shouldn't eat or drink 1 hour before the game.
3. Don't drink too much water in between the game.
4. Do a running of the whole football at least once but recommended is 2 and if you want to become a pro you should do at least 4 rounds of the track.
5. Don't sit down just after the finishing of the football game, jog through the whole football track and do some stretching and quickly put up a sweater so that your body don't get cool down quickly or else you can catch a cold!
If you regularly do the above steps you will soon become a good and pro runner. Don't waste time start doing these special tricks that I have taught you for free. Start running!
